About a month ago I issued a press release that got printed in the local paper about what Lifewater Ranch is and announced an open house.
Well the Open House went well. We had almost a constant trickle of visitors stop by and ask about us and many toured the house and areas around the house. I didn’t take pictures myself so there aren’t many to share. By late afternoon I had some friends visit that wanted to play chess on our floating chess board in the hot tub. One of our visitors took some pix so those are what I have:
One particular visitor from Montana was very interested in the unique features of Lifewater Ranch and wants to help me with developing this place into more of the amazing potential it has. She was especially piqued by my idea of a 1000 hole disc golf course.
It’s hard to describe how perfect this place is for families or other groups to really escape the city and the rush of modern life yet retain amenities of high class hotels. It is a place you can spend some time getting to and then just unpack and chill with a feeling of being right at home yet away from everything that says STRESS.
One could try to make cabins and maximize rent income on this place, which is a possibility, but I think keeping it more for one group at a time to enjoy fully is a better model. I’m going for quality over quantity.
If you’ve never checked out Lifewater Ranch in person, you simply have to. There is no amount of pictures or text that can do it justice.
