I’ve been spending a lot of my quarantine time working on cleaning up the grounds. This area is plagued by rose bushes and berry bushes that tend to overrun a ranch like this. This year I have really decided to take the time to whack these back and early spring is the time to do it. The entire house area and valley are now cleared (not sure how long that will last) and as the grass grows up it is starting to look like Switzerland and other places not plagued by these kinds of weeds. I don’t know why but this year things have been very slow. I have no reservations at all on the books. The virus could be a factor but usually I have at least a few by Christmas so this year is weird. Anyway thanks for asking and I hope you can visit sometime and experience what I enjoy every day – even in quarantine!

Sorry, my camera is currently broken so I can’t show you what I mean – but trust me – its looking gorgeous.  The pool should be open by May.
