Sometimes things just happen and you can’t make it at the time you are reserved.
Although we are certainly not out to keep your money there is a significant cost to us booking up a slot, especially during busy times, and then you not showing up.
So here’s our simple basic policy right out of our Rental Agreement contract:
If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, any rental deposit will be refunded as follows:
50% if cancelled 15 days prior to the Check-in Date
100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
The initial $200 hold deposit is in no case refundable.
Note that the policies stated on sites we advertise on such as VRBO, AirBnB and TripAdvisor may be different than these. This is often because these services simply don’t offer the exact option we have. If you booked through any of these services, we will honor either policy, whichever you prefer.
