Guest Contracts

Here are various agreements we require our guests to sign before or upon arrival.

Lifewater Ranch Guest Waver: All our adult guests must sign this waver for themselves and on behalf of their under-aged family members to protect Lifewater Ranch from lawsuits due to accidental injury, loss or other circumstances beyond our control.  This includes individuals visiting even for a short period of time.

Lifewater Ranch Pet Addendum: Pets are welcome at Lifewater Ranch but can be problematic.  This agreement attempts to cover those issues.

Lifewater Ranch Rental Rules: Every rental has its rules of conduct, this document is referenced by the rental agreement and sets clear boundaries and suggestions for guests so they know where to go, what to do and what not to do.

Rental Agreement Vacation Rental Agreement: If you are staying overnight then this rental agreement applies to you.

All these documents can be downloaded from our latest zip file located here.  We strongly recommend that prospective guests read these documents before booking to ensure there are no conflicting requirements.  These documents must be reviewed and filled in by guests at or before arrival.
